Return & Refund Policy

  1. This Return & Refund Policy shall only apply to purchases made in the Total Image Online Store.

  2. All purchases made in the Total Image Online Store are not allowed to be returned/refunded/exchanged unless under these circumstances: i) Product delivered is Faulty, Damaged or defective condition; or  ii) Product delivered is different from the confirmed order.

  3. No cancellations are allowed once the orders have been paid. Change of mind does not apply to return or refund.

  4. Kindly email the Customer Service team via info@totalimage.com.my within THREE (3) days, including weekends & Public Holidays from the date of receiving the goods, to report on the product(s) with your order details, description together with photos of your faulty/damaged/defective condition product(s). Our Customer Service Team will review each application and please allow up to SEVEN (7) working days for your inquiry to be processed.

  5. Return & Refund does not apply to products that fall into the following categories: i) Items purchased during our sale period. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. We do not accept return, refund & exchange on any sales items purchased during our sale period. ii) And any other product that Total Image may determine from time to time.

  6. To be eligible for the return, the product(s) for return or refund shall be in their original/same condition when you receive them; unused, with price tag/label & packaging, together with proof of purchase.

  7. If the returning product(s) qualified for free gift(s), please include them and return them together in their original condition when you receive them. The free gift value will be charged to you if you choose to keep them or not in their original condition.

  8. Total Image reserves the right to refund or replace a new item based on the original receipt.

  9. Customers shall be responsible for the product(s) conditions to be returned until it reaches Total Image Office. Customers are advised to pack the product(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage to the location, as advised by our customer service.

  10. All used points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If you return an item which you have used membership points, you will not get replacement points as points are for one-time use only.

  11. All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment within Thirty (30) working days and may also be subject to the payment gateway or bank refund policy. A refund will be processed upon receiving, inspecting the return product(s) and with Total Image approval.

  12. Total Image shall not be liable to any loss, damage, cost, or expenses that you or any person may incur during the process of return & refund.

  13. Total Image reserves the right to change this return & refund policy at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised return & refund policy shall be updated/posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
