You will be doing this next exercise at the bottom of the stairs or with a sturdy platform. Step your right foot on the stair, following your left leg. Then step down with left foot, then follow with the right food. Repeat this exercise 12 times and then switch sides and repeat. Once you are feel stronger, try this fat burner exercise with weights!
