Shipping & Terms

1. Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are carried out via appointed courier companies only. Please do not use PO Box address for delivery. The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
   
2. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
   
3. Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd is only responsible for one time delivery charge. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery at the specified address, the additional charges that arise from the second delivery will be borne by you and will be charged accordingly.
   
4. We strive to ensure that all products are available to you as quickly as possible. Average time of orders is 5-7 working days from shipping date. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with our courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver the products by the estimated delivery date.
   
5. Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of product may occur due to festive seasons, promotional period or incomplete shipping details supplied. If your orders have not arrived within a specified date or time, kindly email us at enquiry@totalimage.com.my
   
6. You are advised to examine your purchase and confirm that they are in good order upon receiving them. Any pilferage or damage found in the products must be reported immediately.
   
7. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business and home addresses between 9am till 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery.
   
8. Free deliveries are provided throughout west Malaysia only. For East Malaysia deliveries, shipping charges of RM 8.00 will be borne by you.

For Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Other information will also be allocated with your permission from time to time. The information you provide is used to process and fulfill your orders. We may use the contact information to notify you of your order status or in case we need to alert you of any problem or possible delay with your order.

Payment Mode

1. Payment by Credit Card Online (Visa & Master)
   
2. Payment by funds deposit in our MBB Account (Maybank). Just proceed to the nearest bank and deposit the fund into our MBB Account Number 5142 0843 2507 (Total Image Regional (M) Sdn Bhd). Please fax us the bank in slip at 03-6273 1111 with your information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and the product you wish to purchase.
   
3. Payment by cheque:
   You can pay us by sending your cheque for the purchase amount and mail the cheque to us to :
